If they were to start hiring again, does anyone know the order in which they pull fish from the pool? Is it total time, time in the pool, or CW's whim?

It depends on the need at the time. If they need PIC's they will go off of highest TT. If they are expecting attrition and are fat on PIC's then they will bring in some lower time guys.

I interviewed there recently and flew that frasca like stevie wonder. It was ugly.

Uhhh.. bad memory. there are less lear pic's flying now than earlier in the year though.

Off the topic we only had I think 5 lears at AMF with 2-3 pax. There was a memo that was put out a week or two ago that the lears are being parked. I think the last flight has already happened.
