Aircraft FCC License

Man, haven't posted on JC in forever....

Does anyone know if I would need an FCC aircraft license (not a pilot radiotelephone permit) for a domestic Part 91 jet?

What I found on the FCC site says "No" as long as it's domestic and I do not communicate or land internationally. Was just hoping to get a second opinion in case I missed something or that is no longer valid.
