Air America Phone Interview

Any recent info? I have a phone interview Monday. From all the posts in this thread it seems weird that they are hiring in march. Is this normal?

From what I remember from the phone interview it was pretty straight forward. Just basic questions in order for them to figure out if you would be a good fit. They want to hear that you are okay with being on the road for extended periods of time and that you are eager to learn and fly.

I just had a phone interview with them. Pretty much straight forward about what has been said before. Getting to know you and make sure your aware of what your getting into. I am hoping to get called for the next round. Any updates on the written/oral/flight test?
