Correct. He was an early retirement captain form Delta who blamed ALPA for the loss of the retirement and pension and felt that they didn't do anything for him, so he was going to give them the big FU. Since he was at the end of his career, not much could be done about it.

That BS attitude is out there more than I ever imagined. Pilots expect ALPA to be all powerful.

Oh ok, I see what you meant/thought. For them I meant that there was no real punishment and they got to reach the pinnacle of the career. Although I understand that legally speaking, ALPA probably couldn't have done anything about the scabs. Still, it's sickening to think they are T7 CAs before they go out on their bad note. These guys should have been reassigned to clean toilets on a 777, but that's an insult to toilet cleaners on a 777 because those guys are unionized and they do a pretty damn good job. Still, that's my sentiment that these scabs should never have been allowed to "make it" to where they are today. I guess the only good news is they should all be retiring soon and the pilot group can finally rid themselves of these cockroaches on the seniority list.
