Im gonna play devils advocate on this one. I think all these rumors we hear about low timers getting on is just rumors. Most of it is second hand knowledge that we hear from other people. While there are rare cases of low time hires, I personally talked to Karen and Claudette in recruiting at eagle and they said no matter how desperate they are for pilots, 400/50 is the bare minimums they will look at. And plus, the 400/50 is whats listed on their website but realistically those mins apply to past interns or graduates from Embry Riddle or one of those aviation universities. Seriously, I hope I didn't ruffle any feathers but I just wanted to clear that up before guys with 300 total hours start spending money on airlineapps.com to submit their resumes.
