I understand your point but the regional world is pretty fluid. I'd be very surprised if there isn't some kind of significant changes in that agreement long before 2024.

Well keep in mind that Eagle had a provision for a payraise every year of 1.5% or IAI (Industry Average Index). When other regionals starting taking paycuts/bankruptcies, the IAI went to crap, but Eagle got the min 1.5% raise every time. It was still something.

As opposed to a 1999 contract amendable in 2005 for which I served under from 2007-2011.
