1000TT and Below Post Them As You Find Them

Saw on climbt350 today:

Location: Fairbanks, AK
Web Site: www.warbelows.com

Flight instructors needed for our Cessna CPC flight school. Full-time or part time. Aircraft include C172s and a new Skycatcher in the fall. Advancement to 135 operation is possible. Pay is $30/hr for flight and ground time.

Being from Fairbanks and knowing the operation, this is a good gig! You will be busy! I talked to the director of operations the other day and he said that in one year or less of flight instruction there and they'll get you in the Navajo for the 135 stuff making over 50 g's a year. Compare that to any other upgrade time right now. Only bad thing is you have to live in Fairbanks.....:panic:

Sounds pretty sweet I don't know if I could do Fairbanks, I did GFK (being a UND grad) for four years and that was bad enough. I could only imagine I've heard it hits what -60 C below during the heart of winter? :panic:

Heck -60 ain't that bad.... as long as there's no skin exposed and you don't touch any metal parts on the airplane:D

Yes. They also have handwriting specialists read your logbook. They can tell which entries are false. Be careful!

They should probably fire that guy cause he's going to be useless trying verifying my logbook printed from my printer. Who actually uses a paper logbook anymore? :laff:

BTW: Great Lakes posted again for FOs on willflyforfood. (Just to keep on topic of the thread)

Handwriting specalists to read log books. Do thet take them hostage or something? I don't let my logbook outa my sight. My worst fear is loosing all the money invested in those entries. "Yeah, your expert can look at my log book, but it CAN NOT AND WILL NOT LEAVE THIS ROOM." Things happen, and if they loose it, you are the one who is eff'ed.

Tried to copy info from avcrew.com but it wouldn't let me so I'll type out the gist of it:

F/O (TX) posted 2/20
Chaparral Jet Center, LBB
SIC for Kingair, Lear 25, Falcon 20 (I assume one guy for all three types ? )
email resume: stephanie@chaparraljet.com No phone calls.

"Low Time OK" But they didn't put any numbers with that part. So, maybe they mean 1000 hours is OK ?

Good luck in the hunt.:D:D

Also this one from avcrew:

Because if something happens to your logbook, you didn't fly any of those hours.

Recreating a logbook isn't that bad and you should have backup copies anyway.
