man i'd like to get in just about anywhere at this point. i'm just afraid I might be wasting a pick considering all the facilities in sc are relatively small. and in response to the inable thing, my response to your post was just a disclaimer more than anything

Im in the same boat... I have an idea of where I will end up...but...we will see.

My comment was more broad than singling out a particular person. There have been plenty of times I have seen people use "your" instead of "you're" or "there" for "their" or "they're" and various other errors. Then I look down in their sig's and see 90+ scores posted and think, "Really? How is that possible because this guy is an idiot." But really, I just got back from working 56 hours in 4 days and I'm just stressed and worn out so once again I've been the victim of blasted ironing...

You need to keep in mind that generally in cyber space people don't really pay attention to their spelling (unfortunately). At least everyone isn't using internet short hand or a crap load of acronyms like "FTW"... lol, I am playing Honu!

In other words, chill out, have a Mojito, grab a bottle of lotion and some kleenex and relax. :D

Actually you can relax now killer. I Scored just a lil bit shy of an 85% so i'm in the same boat. I don't remember having a grammer section on the test anyway. Oh and sorry about not spelling out little above hope that doesn't upset you

Well, its tuesday....the lovely people in the FAA HR offices had an extra day to recharge. Now Get Your Butts Back To Work and get me hired.

I hope we get our referral notice on asap this week.... a you were not selected notice would really suck... I'm gonna think positive.

Hey all, I'm new to this site and I am going through the same waiting process for the May 2 closing date. Here is my issue, what is the deal with the Aviation Careers Division? By reading some posts, it seems like a few people have got to actually speak to a human being, I have not had the pleasure in doing so yet while calling 6-7 times in a row. Is it just luck to get through to someone or is it some kind of joke? :whatever:

But seriously, we have nothing to do right now but wait. We know we're waiting for referral lists and then panels... there's nothing we can do to speed it up for ourselves at the moment.

hehe...I got thru with them last week. I called first thing in the morning...I just kept hitting redial.

Haha...I called last week...the first call, I miss dialed. It was a computer tech guy not associated with the FAA. I didnt understand him when he first said his title. Anyways, He was like um....you missed the people you were looking for by one number...I said I was sorry... He said dont worry, you arn't the first person to call me today on accident.... haha

I found that funny....sucks to have that number.
