Announcement Ending 05/02

I just got my commercial license yesterday so i added that to my background information on ASAP so hopefully that will get the selectors thinking since i am only qualified.

I am kind of hoping the last pepc for this announcement is towards the middle of November...I would imagin that If the panal meets on 9/8 and speedily informs us before 9/20 (doubt it), they wouldn't expect people to fly in from all over on such short...10 days or less...notice.. No way we have a Pepc before september is up...

that leaves October...November...

good enough for me... a FOL under the xmass tree would make me happy.

You don't think so? Talk to people in PUBNAT1 .. they were not given much notice. The FAA doesnt seem to care that people need to purchase airline tickets and make hotel arrangements. I think a lot of people cashed in FF miles for last minute tickets, and they didn't even know the specific DATE until just days before (I think I read they found out on a Friday for the following week) the PEPC.

I don't have any input on PEPC (since I was passed over :() but for the AT-SAT it was that way for my PUBNAT1 go-round. Had about a week to get to Florida for the test. Shame because I scored one point below "Well Qualified" which is why I assume I was passed over on the referral list....and will probably be passed over this time around (And PUBNAT6, which I just applied for).

HR confirmed my PEPC date 7 days before my PEC and was given my start time 2 days before PEPC date.

At the bottom of the spreadshee you can select different "sheets" that are labeled for their region. This will show you the payscale chart with the locality included.

Q: Where can I find more detailed information on how my pay will be determined.

Thanks alot! I need to figure out if its work it to walk away from a job that makes me work half the year when I may make less money for 12 years

Do these words mean anything to anybody else? I can't make anything from them.

how do you know what you will be making in 12 years? Is there a future pay scale memo out I haven't seen. If so could you send me the link? Ok, Thanks.

LoL, i'm hoping Reedo11 meant 12 months. That he/she is trying to figure out to leave a job where they get a 12month pay for doing 6 months of the work lol.....I HOPE! :crazy: but i have been wrong before

I still don't understand how some people on here received "well qualified" scores yet they are inable to write a grammatically correct/complete/coherent sentence, that freaking test was rigged...

Well, as they told me at the ATSAT, the test is not a measure of intelligence or how smart you are. It should only test your aptitude for the skills required to be a successful controller.
