I am an OTS. I applied initially last Spring but was unable to take the AT-SAT. I applied this Feb. I am terminal going to Quad Cities,Illinois/Iowa ( never heard of it until my PEPC day) I attended the NYC PEPC.

Yeah, I got ahold of someone in the NY office about an hour ago. I was told that my medical was denied, because of the medication I take. She said I can appeal it, but as long as I'm on the medication, the appeal won't matter, it won't be approved.

Obviously, Im pretty bummed out and upset right now :mad:

Hey is your HR David? He still hasnt gotten back to you? maybe you are just farther down the list id wait till the end of the week before sending another email

Been reading through the post but not sure if i missed it, any Enroute's get an FOL yet or is it all Terminal folks so far?

IMHO... since the SF86 takes longer to process than the SF85p... then I would only deduce that enroutees will be waiting a bit longer than our tower counterparts.

Correct, I got David T.
I sent an email when he was away, and I received the automated message. But still haven't heard anything back.

I tried calling him today, but the phone went straight to the message machine and I didn't feel like leaving a message.
Should be any time now...

yea im sure it will come by the end of the week if not. Just spam him lol i dono. But when was ur tentative date for OKC?

On monday when i called his phone went straight to "david t. is on the phone right now."

So yea i think hes getting hammered with catching up to all the phone calls he has to make since he was on vacation or leave or whatever.

I emailed David T. last friday and still no response :(...I'm keeping my hopes up that he is working really really hard to get me that FOL and then going to email me...any day now....scratch that...any minute now.

i received my fol on the 7th and i start august 18 okc... only 11 day notice but my employer now didnt care :-D im booked and all set to go

DAng they really worked with you to get your date. Prolly the only person Ive see that had their date not moved

He says he's going to ZNY, en-route (just search his posts). This is very surprising since none of you en-route guys got start dates at NYC.
Almost hard to believe, but they must have had a spot open up last minute.
