I was told last week by HR to expect an FOL by the end of Aug. I am guessing that means the 09 budget will be approved by then and the class dates released to be filled.

We could still be many weeks/months away from a new OKC schedule for FY09

They'll probably pass another temporary budget measure in the meantime to keep things plugging along. That's typically what happens when they get deadlocked on something like this.
