UAL pilot gets revenge on the employee lot gate in Denver.

I think we've all been there, just have never gone through with it. PIT recently outsourced its parking to LAZ from a local company (that I believe was run by the county). In 8 years, never had an issue. At least once a month, LAZ has a system outage and none of the gates work, making for long lines because they don't have the staff to properly process people either.

Battery powered tools have come a long way, my 18V Ryobi sawzall
with a metal blade would have made much quicker work with less of a show...

I had a similar thought on this event. If the guy has an axe in his vehicle, he certainly has a small tool kit. The mounting hardware on that arm can’t be more than 3/8” or 1/2” bolt with inch-pounds or a few ft-pounds of torque. Instead of making a spectacle with an axe, quietly use a ratchet and remove the arm at the attach point.

That would probably draw less attention, but eh.

I mean, destroying property on camera isn’t a good idea period, but electric tools would be less “ Hulk smash”.

Either way you’re circumventing a traffic control device, just a matter of if you want to be a non-violent offender or a violent offender.

I’m guilty of using instagram, but I mainly just look at other JCer’s adventures and dog pictures. I did invite Derg over for a BBQ when he was passing though DTW, but he gave me the cold shoulder….

To your point, yes, that would be interesting to see. To be honest, I think we already know the results.

I feel seen 😁

The floor mats in your car will defeat the one way spring loaded tire spikes that are ubiquitous in the entry lane of any commercial parking operation. You’ll have to swim upstream but getting out of any parking lot is pretty easy and an axe seems a bit excessive.

Our parking lot is surrounded by an electrified fence. It would not have ended well for him if he was parked on Democrat Rd.

I’ve seen most of his pre-2000 or so movies. I get that he’s really talented, but I’m just not into watching his interpretation of genres using violence and profanity as a crutch.
Lol I feel like violence and profanity is just the real world to be honest.

^ hah well there goes my entire thesis....damn it country people, why you gotta be so crazy sometimes? (I still like the song, FWIW)
