No, but I'm early on in the process of research as I get closer to ATP mins.
Things can change really quickly, so don't put the cart before the horse.
And go to the airlines ASAP.

Starting pay in a Challenger 350 is anywhere between 125 and 150 for an untyped pilot. I don't know where you're getting 200 from. LOL
I'm a Challenger 300 pilot.
300 CAM and pay both of my captains north of $200k going into year 3. Sorry but $125-$150k is abysmally low.
What's your location? What experience level do you expect for a captain? Part 91, 91K, 135? Do you have F/O's, or just captains?Yes, I think $125-$150k is low in 2022 for a new hire captain in a CL30/35.
Really? News to me.$125-150k, starting pay is abysmal? You're not even going to make that starting out at a legacy.
Really? News to me.
Ok, thanks.NYC Metro, 91, everyone is a trip captain. Last hire was not typed Y1 $167 Y2 $180 Y3 $194 +$20k year end bonus.
IF I were bringing on a new pilot today (2022) I would fully expect to be paying a base of $190-200k Y1 before bonus. Personally I wouldn't stick around for less than that so why would they?

Not sure a NYC Part 91 captain position is a fair comparison to a fractional first officer, but I live mid-country so may have a different perspective.
I've heard of NBAA CAM, but what is "300 CAM"?
Again news to me. My first year at my airline I was in that range. Sure, there are some airlines where first year is $50, but the folks know that going in; well, second year more than makes up for first years deficits, not to mention the DC, pension and so on.You're not making $125k first year @ a legacy. Seriously I see job postings on Indeed for midsized business jets all the time. Starting day one. $120-150k.

I was talking 1st year pay.
FedEx HKG you could hit that pay first year for sure. Unfortunately that’s not an option for anyone now though.
