I'd love to tell you about my schedule last month but I'm not going to because I'm probably, more than likely, stealing someone's flying here.
On another note, I've been here for just about a year and half and never bid under 88%. Even when I was in ORD. I'm not complaining though, at least I haven't been forced to change domicile.
Both bases I've been at they've transferred a few in behind me, so I thought sweet just a few more months and I'll be in the 70's easily. Then they shut the door behind and lock it, lol. At least I made it in!I got lucky when they opened BOI and SAN. A bunch of people senior to me left SFO.

I had one day off this week, things are great
Do you only have one day off between work blocks?
Did you waive min rest in domicile?

I do waive the two days off between work blocks because it allows me to get better trips in an attempt to have more days off. Regardless, my minimum line value is typically 94 hours a month with max days off. What I wouldn’t do to be able to work a standard 75 hour line.
Bid 175 SFO FO?

I was told that SkyWest (in addition to the standard 121 requirements) requires 2,500 fixed-wing hours (not total time) in order to upgrade to captain. Is this still the company's current policy? As a military rotary-wing guy, this would add over an additional year of time to upgrade. Supposedly I could request a waiver, however, I would rather go somewhere where it is fact, not merely a possibility.
If they still do require 2,500 fixed-wing hours, who in the company would responsible for reviewing the policy in order to potentially change it?

@zVo
There’s now an actual rotor transition program:
http://www.skywest.com/skywest-airline-jobs/career-guides/rotor-transition-program/
“SkyWest recognizes skills common to helicopter and glider flying and will accept helo/gilder time as part of an applicant’s total time as long as they have a minimum of 250 hours of fixed wing.”

At 30% on the CRJ I can’t snag more than 13 or 14. And it’s getting worse
It's my understanding a lot of people who are getting screwed days off on bids open themselves up and waive their protections.How is this possible? Which domicile are you in?
I hate to ask, but is it possible to trade, post or drop?

What are the minimum days off for PBS? I thought it was 12?
