Why are NK guys on APC thinking it's gonna fail? This thing is gonna pass easily. I'd be shocked if it's anything less than 70% yes.

Seriously. Everyone on that site acts like the world is burning. Meanwhile, I haven't flown with, or met anyone in person who's voting no. The common demeanor is "I wish this, and that was a little better, but this is negotiating, and I think we would be stupid to turn this thing down."

I think/hope its going to pass as well, reading thru it and watching the roadshow presentations it looks like this is going to be in, I agree with what @Cruise said. In a few hours we will know.

Less than I figured it would be. But congrats! With a 70% yes vote, that means management still paid a lot more than they had to.

My guess was 70, nothing less. There are still quite a few guys who weren't too happy and voted no (I know two who did) so I wouldn't write off the no camp. But the reality is this deal is about as good as it was gonna get with this NMB in place and the comments they made/directed to the union leadership. For Spirit being what it is as an ULCC, this deal from the outside looks pretty darn good! And you keep your 4 days off and red/green requirements even after PBS.

The general attitude of virtually everyone who posts there. The constant negativity. Etc.

Let me put it this way: no one on APC is putting together an NJC style get-together. Because if they did, they'd probably all kill each other for sport when they met.

Flightinfo was pretty bad. But never as bad as APC. This place is all roses and rainbows compared to both.
