NKS TA released

That's an easier pill to wallow...Still blows imho

Company had two "must haves" for their end of the negotiations: improved scheduling flexibility and better reserve utilization. They got both of those things. What we got for it was language making it very costly for them to do so. I will say, I believe the pendulum swung too far on the reserve rules; but I'm certainly not going to give up all the gains over one section of the reserve rules.

To be fair, he asked you about your LTD policy and you gave info about your Harvey Watt policy.
To be fair he didn't ask me a single thing about my Ltd. All I did was chime in and say Harvey watt is awesome.

We actually went out and bought a separate ltd policy through Harvey watt so honestly I’d much rather wait then give up my qol

Ok, what are those policy details and how much does it cost?

Harvey Watt is insane cheap insurance. I just got 1.5 mil of life insurance for 49.50/mo

This is true.

And kind of puzzling because you quoted him and not eagleflyer.

I’m sure they are.

But that doesn’t change the fact that their LTD plans are different than contractual plans (and more expensive) than a private life insurance policy.

Time Value Money...easy yes for me. Huge gains across the board, with a few gives to get there.
The LTD, scope, retirement, and pay (even though the rates are a little low from where I'd like them) are big wins for us. There is zero chance the company sweetens the pot without taking more from us. The NMB has already made it clear they have no time for us, should this be voted down; they're busy with JetBlue and Frontier. Moreover, they said they thought the deal prior to this one, which the MEC turned down, was good enough.

What he said.

Plus, I've only talked to one guy who didn't like it. Keep in mind he never said he voted no.
This time tomorrow we'll know.
