It's totally official, I finished OE toady with the FAA observation, The designee seemed to think I wasn't a hazard to airborne navigation, so I'm a line qualified 737 Captain. For at least 24 months, then it's probably back to the bus, as long as the seniority is around the same.
It is small, loud and pretty uncomfortable after a couple of hours, but I'll concede that the 73 handles really nice. I should get some MAX exposure before very long.
Gonna flow soon?Congrats. Probably going to be my next stop when the 190 goes bye bye. Well as long as I can hold captain.
Enjoy LGA!

I'm sure I'll have stuff thrown my way for this but I love flying the 73. Sure it's a little cramped getting in but when you're in the seat it's fine (I'm 6'4"). On trans cons I just take a break or 2 to stretch, plus it's just plain bad for your health to sit that long in the first place. It flies great and in my opinion has the best domestic rotations at my shop.
I know @Snickersnwa would agree with me
That poor guy called me crying after his first trip on the 737. All he could talk about was how amazing the bus is.
Where are you at man? I’m thinking you might of moved on from your last outfit from your posts.
