I'm sorry you had a medical issue at a very precarious time in your life. Your story isn't the common one that has brought on the stereotype of the shiftless, unmotivated millennial and I'd assume you'd rather not be be thought of as such. In every stereotype there is some truth, normally exagarated to fit a narrative or belief. I've had mixed experiences with people in their 20s and early 30s recently, it's been a mixed bag of hard workers who don't care about the finished product as long as they get paid or someone who is so timid you wonder how they get out of bed in the morning. Somewhere in the middle are the people I can work with.
