Is this a sarcastic response? Ive worked for Bemidji Aviation and Alpine Air. Both are UPS feeders. Neither has any flow through agreement with UPS.
IT IS NOT A FLOW THROUGH.

Is it just me or is Ameriflight getting desperate? Like Seaport right before the bankruptcy desperate?
Great! Thanks for the replies. From the Austin area but willing to relocate anywhere. I'll have to dust off the Microsoft flight sim and get back up to speed. What other feeders would you recommend?
I see a posting for a 1900 Captain in LAN. I'm about 160 hours away from 1200, 170 multi, 30 turbine...any chances they hire me into that?
Nope, I was 50 hours away and they wouldn't hire me. I went through 3 interviews each time I successfully passed and was offered a class date. 1st time they wanted me to be SIC. Then they fired the entire recruiting staff and all hiring got put on hold. Met the chief pilot at a career fair who apologized and asked me to reapply. 2nd time new recruiter asked me to go back through the whole process, successful technical interview offered VFR capt and the recruiter quit the company. Third time, new recruit another technical interview and a class date after I hit 1200 but not before. I got tired of them and I went over to their competitor who hired me on the spot for better pay, better airplane and got assigned my home as a base.
Ameriflight is circling the drain. Can't hire anyone because their recruiting process sucks so bad. They still have no clue how to hire in this environment. They are hiring competitors to fly their routes now so they can keep their routes. This won't end well for them unless major changes happening.
Add South Aero in Albuquerque to that list.I know we have covered runs for Ameriflight where I have worked. Bemidji covered runs for them in Texas and Alpine has been covering runs for them in SLC.
Thinking about applying, strictly for SLC base. Is that a competitive base? 3000TT 750turbine, 1250xc. All pic. Only 60ME, did get my ATP though. Think I could get 1900 or metro in SLC?

Why in the good lords name, why?
Ha. I have zero interest in the regional/major world. Currently at an excellent company flying float planes, seasonally, and can live ok without working in the winter. I'd like to fill to instrument/multi hole in my resume, and thought it would be a good way to knock that out for a winter.
