For the Caravan "floater" guys like myself, it's 4 weeks "on" and the 5th week off. During your "on" weeks you usually work Monday night through Friday morning....some runs require coming home on Saturday although I haven't had a Saturday run in months. I've been doing DHN-MEM the past several months and it is cake. I leave my house Monday afternoon and am home Friday morning by noon.....plus the 5th week off....plus you can still bid vacation on top of your PTO weeks and get even more time off.
ATR captains get every 4th week off.....but the FO's only get every 6th week off.
