Cool, thanks! Guess I got wrong info.Don't think so. If there is it's not programmed into the software as I was picking up out of base almost as soon as it was posted.
I was going to make a joke about sitting reserve in ORD, but thought, "Man, nah… Just nah…."
2015 wasn't a bad year neither.Lularoe is all the rage these days apparently. Yoga pants are 2015

When I'm admonishing about professional responsibility, you know it's bad.5th generation, Arizonan. You have till midnight EST. to redact the post. OR ELSE!!!
So if I bid for TDT at a base, what does that mean exactly? Does that mean I am awarded a line that is temporary or temporarily put on reserve? Please don't direct me to the SAPA website because I can't even log in. Thanks.

It's called a "temporary domicile transfer".
Basically, it is as simple as it sounds. You could be awarded a temporary domicile transfer to another domicile due to someone upgrading, transitioning, FMLA, military, etc.
If awarded a TDT you will be treated as being permanently based there in accordance with your seniority (reserve, lineholder, per diem, hotels, etc.) until the individual you are filling for is able to hold the position/base again.
I have seen them award very few on the CRJ and cannot even recall if anyone has ever got one on the ERJ.
Thank you.

Indeed. They are exceptionally rare and currently limited to staffing short-term vacancies due to short-term leaves. Note that training is NOT a reason that a TDT may be awarded under the current language. It's called a "temporary domicile transfer".

Lots of movement there. I can now hold just about every base as CA, except for the two bases I want. Such is life.

I did. I'm pleasantly surprised, well shocked actually!
Anyone need a place to stay in ORD for July?
I have a month left on my sublet.
