I don't know about the rest of you but I would throughly enjoy 1,000 dispatchers sitting next to me with her attitude. Hats off, a bow, a curtsey, a high five or buying a glass of whiskey and a beer to show appreciation and gratitude would not even do justice.

TN is right - coworkers make a big difference and CAN make you hate your dream job just as much as an management can
and all this "paying the dues" BS has to stop. just because you worked in a POS airline (which we all have) doesn't mean you deserve to be in a dream job more than the next person who might be smarter and got your 5 years experience in 2. you are really not that special planning 20 flight plans that consist of SID - FIX -STAR (whoopty do we got a 1 hour flight) . i sure do hope some hiring managers are reading these forums and weed out all these tantrum throwing kids.
