Can one of you photography masters tell me how this guy gets such awesome detail inside and outside on night shots? i imagine a super expensive camera? I WANT THIS TECHNOLOGY!

Live from the Flightdeck does an exceptional job of this. I am sure the camera/video specifications are important, but editing software is key.

Has anyone here hit wake turbulence in cruise from one of these yet? Yesterday we were to cross just behind one at 1,000 below and didn't feel comfortable with it so we descended to 3k below just in case.

Thanks much! I've been wanting to do some more Milky Way stuff for awhile and had the perfect opportunity last week camping in Telluride.

20 second exposure at f/2.0 wide open. ISO 3200. Lens was a 12mm prime so generally use the 500 rule ...
