Which is right, they are not based in Asia, their contractor is a company from Singapore and the contract is under Singapore law...

Unfortunately I don't think there is any stopping NAI. And this is only the beginning. The forces of globalization are extremely strong and the next thing that will be chipped away at will be cabotage. I hope not but I don't think the future is bright for U.S. airlines.
 
@Seggy any reason that they started referring to it as NAUK instead of NAI, or is this something different? I thought this was supposed to be Irish-flagged

You were saying? Haha....yes, you jumped the gun at the chance to quote a post and try to "stick it to me" on something I posted a few months ago. Sadly, this is not NAI and instead, NAUK; which i'm sure you now realize, after reading the article in its entirety.

NAI is still alive and kicking under this Administration. Who is to say what it would have been under a President XXXXXXXX, but this is Obama's watch, a Democrat, and he is failing labor BIG TIME.
