I'll let @ATNPILOT clarify. I did have to get grumpy with tower at one point. We were number one on short final, and tower told us to go around because the traffic behind us was too close. I've never heard of such a thing. I asked Todd if he minded if I spoke to them, and I said, "How is it our problem if the plane behind us didn't square his base?"

A humbling experience to say the least. Very rusty, and couldn't land worth a damn. @PhilosopherPilot was very patient and a great instructor, though, so I lived to fly the plane on to Atlanta to its new home, and even had a pretty good landing using his pointers. Very much looking forward to flying the new plane all over the place in the coming years.

It was a good day for sure, and I was happy to help get you back into the GA world! A little rust is nothing to worry about. I look forward to flying again. But ATL approach is going to be very confused about "Citrus 05N." [emoji2]
