I don't know if anyone still on the board works there. Last I heard still losing 40+ a month and they are parking -200s, no idea what they'll do in 2014. Company made it clear back in March when when the good ship Endeavor began listing 10 degrees to port that Delta would rather dredge it from the bottom than fix things with retention programs (increasing pay / QOL). They'll be down to about 1200 pilots (if not less) by december 2015, things might change then. Might not. EtD is a joke, a bad one, it's an EtC program now (Endeavor to Compass).

I'd stay away personally (in case you're asking for a friend or yourself).

I heard some ridiculous figure of 50 -200 out of the system in JANUARY, and then tapering the rest throughout the end of 2015. Just seemed a bit high.

And thanks @jynxyjoe, I figured we still had one or two there, but hopefully everyone made it out.

I may be bugging our resident NYC specialist here in a week, maybe...for some awesome jalapeño tequila...((MAYBE!))
 
I honestly think I'm the only person on JC that still works there.

Official words:
There was an official memo from the figure head saying we will park all 200s in pace with attrition. Attrition continues to be around 50/month. We will still take delivery of remaining 900s. The 50 number comes from the plan to have 50 -200s in January 2015 and by end of 2015 they expect 25-30.

Rumors:
Lots of rumors of Compass sending notice to Endeavor that they will be taking 60 of our people by the end of year.

Many FOs are salivating at the thought of street captain spots at PSA.

Attrition likely to get even worse.

Also, staple rumor is still a favorite.

My point is, at no time did it bother me that we changed our name. It's Endeavor. I'll miss the Pinnacle Vodka jokes, but to be upset and wish my company still had its old name is just immature.

Hmm. I am overdue for that myself. I haven't been going out at home at all lately. Seems I've been spending my free time in Germany and in Iceland and in Florida and in not getting hired at legacy carriers.

Then bro - I'll definitely be in touch. Have a back to back LGA this weekend coming up. Long then short. I may have some plans during the long, but those certainly don't mean you can't be the third wheel - lol.

The Compass rumor is false. Atleast from any official channel.
