Malaysia Airlines 777 missing

I know very little about the 777 systems/compartments, but I wonder if somebody hiding inside the E&E bay would be detected... (just a thought)...

Again, you are here one day and come raging in, blowing smoke, and pissing all over Dougs' carpet. You don't realize it but this is Doug's living room and that won't be tolerated. Plain and simple.

The choice is yours......

Yeah, especially 'cause Shane didn't bring any sandwiches... If he'd brought sandwiches... well, that'd be a different story.

On a happier note, who wouldn't invite those hot Aussie chicks in the cockpit? They could move my flaps up in the flare anytime, amiright?!

Everyone needs a little trim... just don't over stress the main spar!

As others have said previously in this post, there is a lot missing here (especially with regards to the ACARS data). Specifically, I truly believe Boeing knows a lot more than is being released.

Maybe they wanted everyone to think it was in a certain spot or information was only given to only certain agencies due to security issues.

We don't know yet.

I think @Seggy is going to win the prize for this thread's best prediction...

How big of a challange would it be to land an airplane this size on a strech of roadway somewhere? I know the former USSR purposely overbuild their roads to use as makeshift airstrips for their air force. Could they land and take off on a road someplace to remain under the radar?

Good Lord, CNN broke out the graphics of a 777 cockpit and a CGI of a 777. They have also managed to interview an all star cast of airline pilots featuring Les Abend and Patrick Smith.
