I have 2600TT, 350 multi, a four year degree, no check-ride failures, and three internal recommendations. Any ideas as to the rejection?
I have about 2500TT, 1000 turbine (600 as PIC) and received a rejection letter as well. They probably realize (correctly) that someone with that kind of experience has better opportunities elsewhere and will jump ship at the first chance.

I honestly think its just bad timing. They stopped interviewing in mid January and will not resume until April. Class dates are scheduled as far back as early September as of right now. Make sure you update your resume and application in April and Im sure you will have no problem. Also, word on the street is that new hires will be issued an ATP during their final check-ride so make sure you meet all the ATP requirements to better your odds of getting that interview. Hope this info gives a little insight.I just received the "after reviewing your resume we regret to inform you that you were not chosen at this time" email.
