PUBNAT8 Selection Results:

I called, and was not selected. The woman said that she was exhausted from all the calls! Oh well, heres hoping for the CTI route working out next time...

They told you what you were selected for?! When I called in all they told me was that I was selected. They wouldn't tell me the state when I asked.

You're misunderstanding me (or I picked my words poorly). To put it another way, proportionally, the amount of OTS without vets pref to vets pref of all who have been selected is high.
 
For those interested, here are some results from a poll on the other website with selection results. Current as of the time of this posting. This is just people on the site who've chosen to vote, not the entire pool of applicants.

PUBNAT8, no vet pref - Selected - 4 3.01%
PUBNAT8, no vet pref - Rejected - 22 16.54%
PUBNAT8, vet pref - Selected - 9 6.77%
PUBNAT8, vet pref - Rejected - 2 1.50%
CTI - Selected - 24 18.05%
CTI - Rejected - 44 33.08%
VRA - Selected - 7 5.26%
VRA - Rejected - 7 5.26%
CTO - Selected - 1 0.75%
CTO - Rejected - 13 9.77%
 
Whooooo! I got selected!! I called in and they told me to wait for an email sometime soon.....I'm OTS with no vet pref and I picked CA/NY.....What is the other website where you're getting your info for the stats?
 
I got selected....no vet pref. My states were TN and VA terminal & en route.

My question though is to those who know their locations. How did you find out? Did Aviation Careers tell you or is it somewhere on the ASAP page? When I called in they wouldn't tell me. I don't really want to wait 4-6 weeks for the email to come...but I guess it's not a big deal since I have been waiting almost 2 years since my initial application. If anyone knows of a way of finding out, I'd sure appreciate it!

I was too! When you call they'll ask your name, what you applied under, and your address. My heart was pounding 1,000,000,000 beats per second while I was giving her the info. After you give the info they'll tell you whether you're selected or not. If you are selected, let me know if they tell you your location.
 
A lot of the people who were told which state are also non-OTS. Non-OTS are referred to individual states rather than "Throughout the nation" so they either found out because ACD told them or because their ASAP updated one state to "Another applicant has been selected" while the other one remained unchanged.

@Zilan - PUBNAT8 applicants are supposed to be carried over to the March panels...at least that is the word on the street.
