by the same argument you made earlier, the benefits (Health care, travel, ESPP) that were sold to me as a major reason to work for the airline have been diluted to the point where they are difficult, more costly or unavailable to use. Additionally, the slogan "Corporate Ethics" begins to ring hollow when work rule changes are implemented without actual negotiation (Ready Reserve) and when the CPM is violated on a regular basis with no fair review or reimbursement (MinDailyGuarantee) not to mention the questionable practice of releasing 4am reserves by calling at 0355 and then giving them an assignment that ends after midnight on the same day. If you have an intimate knowledge of the current state of representation it is clear that the current system is not working.
Do you have a solution or do you just want to throw stones at people who are trying to affect changes in a positive way?
