Just my own thoughts here, but just watching Republic do what they have done and now keeping an eye on Skywest it seems like the mega regionals are throwing it all out on the table and taking risks with their own brand and different countries. Will these airlines eventually be the domestic carriers in the US? If you are an employee at one of these places will you still try to move to the regionals or will you ride the wave to wherever it takes you? I am very interested to see how this ASA/SKYWEST vietnam thing works.
It seems like these regionals have a ton of money and they have to invest it somewhere so they are trying. Meanwhile the PNCL corp is struggling trying to pay off a Bond due in Feb that leaves them with not nearly enough money for a long time to grow, and Mesa is in Chapter 11, how is this all going to look in a year or two?
I seriously hope i am off reserve one day so i dont have time to write stupid posts like this, hahaha
