Q going to Mexico

Actually... many of the places that we fly to in Mexico were never serviced by CAL Mainline.

I couldn't care any less, It's Cal's flying regardless. And I have dated an XJT FO for the last year and she can't get based in IAH either, where I live.

Sorry about that... I guessed I missed the deeper issue you were having with that statement. Apologies.

Wow, that's like, so cool.................
More routes that XJT used to fly, replaced by a crappy airline who pays guys less to fly a much bigger airpane.. Yay!
Hey, is that a unicorn?

The colgan pilot group IS trying. Give us time.

Build a time machine and tell the CAL pilots that they shouldn't have given up the jet scope. :dunno:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they didn't. They just forgot to add the word "prop" to the clause. So 76 seat turbojets are a no no, but 76 seat turboprops are ok.

They didn't "forget to add" anything. CAL never had large prop flying in house as part of their scope. COex flew ATR 72s back in the mid-90s before any RJs came onto the scene.

Lemme know if you guys are in town. If I'm off, I'm up for hanging out. I can even toss some ideas of what NOT to let the company sneak in there. :)

Don't take Mesaba's PBS stuff. That needs some serious revamp. Let the company build the lines, let the union screw with the computer system to output the lines.

LOL. JS'd on one of their -42s back in the day from IAH to EFD

Can you guys NOT talk about what we are doing on this public message board and just call each other?

Love,

Your MEC Chair

:)

Add XJT to the min 12 days off on RSV with some RSVs (like 10%) getting 14 off aside from the long-call out. I'm sure your MEC is aware of these rules. Min 13 would be something to shoot for!!

The company doesn't know what sections of negotiations are being opened in February???? Wouldn't surprise me actually.
