As Mini and others have indicated, ...that's all, well not really all that matters, but is is a lot. More so than the talk that you have initiated this thread on.I can't remember exactly, but it was the more than one thing to cover the DPE's butt. But the debrief consisted of the 60kts with full flaps, and deciding on a go around was the dis-sat reason.
Like I said, not my student, I only had a brief look at the pink slip, and it's the only one I have ever seen.
And I'm not sure why it matters?
What's written on the disapproval notice is what has to be repeated with another examiner.
It also is a huge factor in determining the credibility of:
1) The DPE
2) The student's story
3) Your story and this thread...have we been trolled?

Negative on the trolled..... If I could remember exactly what was on the pink, I'd post it. But there was a few things. I just can't remember the specific things.
