How many times have you told me to look past first year rates? Realistically, who at XJT or Eagle is gonna see first year CA rates? Let's look at second year CA rate at Allegiant. Where most regionals see a couple dollar pay bump, Allegiant goes up over $20/hr. In fact, if you take it out to 4 year, it's more or less in line with Midwest and $40 more an hour than the regionals. I don't know of any regional with $100/hr 4 year CA pay.
I thought you said they were "regional" rates. Can't say that and then compare them to AirTran. It's still not regional rates. It's not AirTran rates, but it's not regional either.
