Question on the e-QIP: Section 22a asks " Have you been issued a summons, citation, or ticket to appear in court in a criminal proceeding against you; are you on trial or awaiting a trial on criminal charges; or are you currently awaiting sentencing for a criminal offense?"

Does this include speeding tickets and other minor traffic citations? I read about people documenting their traffic citations - was it for the this? Thanks.

I got one traffic ticket back in January of 08, but I didn't list it. It's also not on my record, either. I think it says somewhere on there about anything other than traffic citations under $150

That was actually the entire question (what I included in the quote) - there was nothing about excluding minor citations under a certain amount.

After watching numerous takes of the family guy cool wHip episode. I am now calling e-qip, eqwHip. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please enjoy a laugh and Google 'cool whip family guy'. It's the only thing that will get me through filling this thing out.

well no E-QIP yet. If I don't get anything by tomorrow afternoon, I'll email T.O. :panic:

I'm gonna go with, everyone who got a 6/22 PEPC got their eqwhip today and everyone who got a 6/23 date is getting theirs tomorrow.

Swinte00- I am a highly emotional pregnant woman:panic:...comments like that will A) make me cry or B) get you hit over the head with a cast iron pan...

I like the way you think! Especially during your highly emotional state.

And congrats!

Pretty sure that's a negative ghost rider. No blood, only urine.
This is correct. No cholesterol test.

And Zoesmom: Someone's gotta give a little humor. Plus, at the rate the FAA does things, now would be about the time they'd play an April Fool's joke! :D

Hello, Everyone!

I remember seeing a graph of Geos for your pubnats 5/6. It was built on the feedback you, guys, provided on what states you've picked. Is it still on this forum?

Thank you

Maria

on another note - for anyone going the traditional route have you heard back about interviewing at a local facility?

The key word here is "criminal". If you have speeding tickets, that doesn't count. They want to know about warrants, DUIs, misdemeanors, felonies, back child support payments owed, etc. -- i.e., criminal proceedings against you. Now, if you have enough unpaid parking tickets that you have been given a court summons, you need to report it. Otherwise, you're good to go.

I have not been contacted for an interview yet, although I wasn't accepted until 6/2. I suspect--and this is pure conjecture--that people going the traditional route for ARTCC will not have interviews scheduled till sometime after the PEPC. My reasoning behind this is that compared with terminals and TRACONs there are a relatively small number of ARTCCs. My email stated that I had to interview at an ARTCC for a ARTCC job. I suspect that a substantial portion of the managers at these facilities will be needed in Chicago to conduct the PEPC.

Anyway, I wouldn't start getting worried if you haven't heard from them yet. It's not like we haven't waited this long already.

Sounds like pretty good logic.
