NYC PEPC peoples

I'm bringing everything just incase...the forms you mentioned, the DOT form, print out of the E-Qip(SF-85P for me), my current security clearance info...probably over kill but I'm just hoping to avoid any future delays

oh and I'm picking up my medical history from my family Doc this weekend

the PEPC e-mail said to bring forms of all previous important doctor visits like medication and surgery and such.

well my question is that i got surgery on my left hand after putting a knife through it while seperating 2 frozen biscuits.

i have full range of motion now and no real setbacks. so basically all it is is a grand display of my stupidity. so do i need to bring the documention for that?

I would just to have it. If they ask you and you don't have it with you then you'll probably have to send it in after the PEPC which will probably just cause a few extra weeks of waiting for you...

If it says to bring it, then you should bring it!
 
So am I still the only one not yet getting anything back yet about equip?

I dont want to bug the hell out of my hr rep, but I guess if I still get nothing back today it will be time.

I would try to follow up with the office in DC that is repsonsible for the E-QIP 'invitations'.
 
For all those wanting to get together Tuesday around 7:30 p.m. we need to finalize everything. Is everyone okay with Hard Rock Cafe? (I know everyone has there own opinion, but for the sake of everyone getting together, will you just go with it?) For those of you who have PMed me with your numbers and stuff, I will be contacting you in the next few days.

I am ok with that unless someone knew of a NY restraunt. Something with some local flare? Would like to come back thinking I had something NY.
 
Maybe have a single point of contact and then we could even ask the conscierge? I get in at noon on Monday and could do it. We could get a good idea for a place and then we could relay it along?

We discussed that, but dredding and possibly some other guys are gonna be sight seeing in the time that most of us will be flying in. I don't mind just going to hard rock. It's a pretty neutral place where anyone can get anything they want. Sure, it's commercial, but whatever.

there is an amazing german restaurant in Queens, NY...Zum Stammtisch...check it out.. very big portions too

ya im down for a 730 meeting on the 24th.

i dont arrive until like 430 though but i think 3 hours is good enough o get settled into fairway.
 
for those familiar with the FAA building....

Is there parking there for us that are driving?

I have a room at the days in about a mile from the place and was planning on checking out and then leaving for home right after the pepc.

Anybody have any experience in the area.
 
e-qip is finally done!!!

ive been around the world twice and because im scuba certified ive been all around the caribean.

so i spent like 2 hours trying to fill out the portion of where ive been out of the US

funny story i didnt think about how ALL of it is in my passport until i completed it incorrectly....so i had to do it again:banghead:

so all i gotta do is print the 2 forms and bring them with me to the PEPC?

what about that DOT form? bring it or fax it?? or both!?
 
I still didn't get my e-QIP email and only 9 days left:drool:, so I began sending email asking for answers. anybody else in the same boat as me?
