At Paris, where I chose to go is the better choice for me. Like I said before, it's more of a laid back atmosphere...
Okay, so sorry I'm getting into this a bit late, but you're complaining because of crap scheduling and aircraft delays that it took you 6 months to get through step 2. Yet you go to the school that has the "more laid back atmosphere?" For someone who is SO self-motivated to get through training that does not seem like a logical idea.
And I read a lot of complaining about international students getting the priority at FSA. I'm sorry, when was the last time anyone heard a non-foreign accent from a Paris aircraft that wasn't an instructor? Just because it isn't FSA, doesn't mean they don't have a contract with an international program.
With the higher cost at FSA than Paris, are you doing a CISE or CIME course? If you're just tacking on a multi engine commercial add to the end of your training, then I would expect there would be significant savings and price difference than there would be at FSA.
In regards to scheduling, its simple. 75 students in 15 aircraft vs. 275 students in 75 aircraft; planning a schedule for a week out is probably a bit more difficult in the latter scenario.
Besides, if you're so happy in your new school with your Mom paying your bill, then why are you still on a FlightSafety thread trashing the school? Grow up, accept your experience here, and move on. Life is short and aviation is a small world. Besides you've probably only got a Private Certificate, and even though Paris will have you in the front seat of that Gulfstream 450 by Christmas

you're way too early in your career to start burning bridges.
Rant complete. :rawk:
