dasleben is high maintenance.
If I ever eat anything seafood on the airplane, it's NEVER on a 757, NEVER on anything FNWA, and only in the dead of winter in the NE, and ONLY small amounts of shrimp or cracked crab appetizers. And only if its early during the flight.
Never a main course.

Yeah, though there's a "Captain's Meal" that's bigger and better than the standard meal. It's...well, I'll leave that right there.
The vast majority of captains offer it up to the rest of the crew, which is cool. Can't really help that the rest of us have seniority problems that keep us in the right seat (and eating the smaller meals).

That's how we do it with civilian charters where we have biz class. I do a civilian subservice next month with Gatwick turns, and we'll get the biz meals on china. The above pic is standard all-coach DoD fare.
