Yo Mr. Taylor!

Haha, nah, I'd given away my dessert.

It's actually plenty of food, and this was the second meal of the leg. We're never short of food *pats gut*. :)

Here's the "Cold Plate" selection minus soup and the dessert. I needed to load up on protein as I started weight training again. Shrimp cocktail plus chilled tenderloin:

And some cheese so I *poop ok:

* TMI, yes, kiss my ass and go to APC if it grosses you out! :)

Looks good! I'm already on the widebody pilot body building program, so I don't need to accelerate it. :)

I'm actually in better shape now than I was on the mad dog. There's no longer the:

1. Eat
2. Sleep
3. Exercise

(Choose ONLY one)

I really need to get back into a workout regimen. Some of the DoD schedules are tough, but admittedly I need to get my butt out of my room and do some work again. 2 years ago I was lean...probably put on 10-15 since I've been doing this international junk.

Im worried that when I get somewhere that has crew meals, that I wont be able to eat like a 5 year old anymore...Chicken tenders and fries please...and a side of mac and cheese.

I used to think so until I had a delicious Caribbean Airlines salmon crew meal. Now I eat the fish all the time!
Mention anything when it comes to food from BWIA....I mean, Caribbean Airlines, and I get hungry. lol. That is good food!

As for the rest of you guys, dag!!! We're happy if we get a snack box on the UA side! The DL flying is much better though. :-)

Funny you mention BWIA...we got mistakenly called "West Indian" by London Control the last time into Gatwick. She must have been around a good while!

I had the same thing happen back in October. Male controller who stated "West Indian....I'm sorry....Caribbean...". I thought the same thing!
