When's the last Skybus flight land? I found one going to SWF that gets in pretty late, it looked like they might've been the last one to leave CMH before the announcement.

I totally predicted Skybus would be next.

Then again, it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out....... and I certainly wasn't alone in my guess!
YUP! should we start taking bets on the next to go down the shute?

4 Airlines in one week. Wow.

But, let's throw a party for the $10 fares to Orlando are gone! :nana2:

I knew something was up when one of our guys that left to be a mx control sup when SKybus started up, called the other day asking about possibly coming back. They knew it was coming.
question is... are all the employees going to have a hard time finding a new job (like mx) or just pilots alone?

Alot of former starcheckers there.
I still hope those guys can find a job someplace.
They didn't have evil intentions when they went there like some on theis forum believe.
Oh wells.

:yeahthat:

I was just thinking the same thing.

Oh my God, you mean that charging your customers so little that you lose money on every flight is a losing proposition?

Who'd have thunk it?

Holy, crap! I just figured it out. Airline executives are underpants gnomes!!

1. Cut prices and gain market share.

2. ????

3. Profit.

It all makes sense now.

:insane:

As much as I would like to see Virgin America or Mesa go next but I think Frontier is gonna be the one on chopping block next as some have already mentioned in the thread.
