XJT TA Rejected!

I guess I should still logon once in a while over there :). Do you guys think Scott will be the replacement or someone over from INC?

Inc.

I think we're going back to the Hanley style of management.

Get ready for a rough ride if that's the case.

DN resigning 1 Feb. Problem is, who will get the new title...I will be seriously concerned if it is someone from the clique already.

You beat me by a min:bounce:.

Looking at the current clique SR or KA are the only ones that seem rational, and KA would be my pick. Someone from the outside coming in with no experience, IMO, would be disaster like our current LEC is.

Someone coming off the street and going head up with Ford & Harrison will get taken to the woodshed

KA has potential, but unfortunately he is up for recall by the ATL pilots. I don't see him serving as an MEC Chairman.

SR is nearly as tainted as DN.

I expect to see a strong volunteer, perhaps with ACC experience to be selected.

Fellow pilots:

It’s been a busy couple of weeks, and your MECs have been in constant contact. We have also spent time talking with line pilots about the failed tentative agreement, how it came to be, and what we need to do moving forward.

This has evoked a lot of spirited discussion among the pilot group. But there was one common theme throughout all of these discussions—we need to communicate better, more effectively, and more frequently with you.

As we start the process of moving forward, it’s important for each of you to be involved. That’s why our strategic plan includes polling the pilot group. This poll will take place in two phases starting on Feb. 3. It will be conducted via phone by a third-party vendor, who will de-identify and analyze the data. The vendor will then provide the results to the MECs so that we have an accurate view directly from the line. A scientific sample of the collective pilot group will be used for this process. More information about the third-party vendor conducting the poll and how the process will work will follow later this week.

Until the next update, please continue to send us your questions and provide us with your feedback. Fly safe.

In unity,

Your MECs and your JNC

Dear MEC,
Sorry, too late. Morons!
