Both sides have the same problem. Long upgrades due to lifers and other reasons. The ERJ side has an additional problem of shrinking.Haa, recruiter told me 3-4 .. figures. Is the CRJ side any better?
Pushing 9 years.
Some may tell you it's closer to 8.
Even some may tell you it'll drop to six.
Stay away.

Thanks for the info. Turning 42 this year, maybe I should GO somewhere else.
Throw in the EFB approval yesterday and it's been two good days.ERJ Passed-- 84% turnout 83% in favor
Yes it has, have you guys gotten your results yet?Throw in the EFB approval yesterday and it's been two good days.
Going to have my son video me chucking my chart case off the roof.
No. My guess from talking to pilots is that it will be similar to yours.Yes it has, have you guys gotten your results yet?
DTWWhere are you based?
As a % increase it's pretty small for me- less than 1%. I voted yes for the junior FOs, to give management what they said they needed and hopefully give both pilot groups time to cool off and realize we will be better in the long run together rather than squabbling over who has the better contract. Will it help management? Got me. I gave up trying to predict this industry years ago.I think I remember you saying that before. I just saw from one of my LASA friends that said y'alls passed, so maybe it's out. Ball's in their court now. Don't spend your $1.50 in one place
If you ever make it to DFW let me know, I'll buy you a cup of coffee
I wish we could agree on more, you guys have some awesome guys over there. One of the benefits of the DFW base is I get to meet CRJ guys as well.
