Same boat.. Expecting a thanks but no thanks but I have an even older application from 8 months ago still in this limbo status as well. No big deal, its just weird.

I know people that have interviewed and if they are reading this, I hope they get the position .

When I applied last time I was called in the "second group", so don't give up hope.
Also I know of an internal who interviewed yesterday. They may know more today or next week is my guess.

What did your status say while you were waiting and when you were invited? I have two applications showing on my status page: one from the last time they put out the opening and now, but strangely the latest one shows "received submission" and it's the old one that's been showing "under review." I figured it probably doesn't matter which one they use to change the status and that they still use the latest one. It has shown this status for weeks now. Last time they eventually sent an email stating they didn't need any more applicants and that unfortunately, they didn't even get to my application. I figured the good news was that it wasn't because they didn't like my application.They just never even got to mine. But this time, does that "under review" status and the fact I still haven't heard from them mean anything? As if they saw it, but may have decided to pass or may still be sitting on it?
