What's up with 9e

I had a pair of pants wear out. I did the unthinkable I guess. I bought a new pair. Did the same for my shirts, too.
 
Apologies if already discussed (and off topic), but does anyone know when those already due bypass pay will actually see it in their checks?

It's an on going fight I've been having.

I've been told my paycheck tomorrow will have all adjustments. I'm gonna guess it'll still just be FO pay.

Sure, but why buy new blue ones when I have a pair of black ones and matching jacket which we've suppose to be wearing since Jan 4th? If the hole gets noticable I'll switch over to black, I'm not buying new blue pants for a uniform I won't wear again.

Sucker. I made 1 pair of pants and 2 shirts go like 3 months. :)

No offense to you, but part of what makes the regionals look like we don't have our act together is born out of this mentality. If you're supposed to be wearing black and have the black, why aren't you wearing it?

It's just like our crew members who want to wear their NorthFace, EddieBauer, etc pull overs to work. We look stupid. 10 guys in 10 different uniforms. A crew standing at the gate, one yutz in blue, one yutz in black. Sheesh.

We are not suppose to be wearing the black.

We aren't suppose to be wearing the black. We aren't. Promise. If I saved any of the stupid crew track messages instead of deleting them I would post it from whoever it is that's in charge of uniform apparel.

PS. In fact, there isn't even a pretend date set anymore. "sometime in march" was our last update.

The company doesn't care how we look. Colgan RCP sent a memo out telling their pilots to NOT wear the new black and gold until they are told to do so. So we now have many new hires walking around in black and gold, flying with pilots in blue and silver. Seems to me if the majority of pilots have the black and gold, switch to it and the other pilots will switch and soon as theirs comes in the mail.

I hate the NorthFace jacket look but I don't think it looks as bad as a FO and CA standing on an airport curb, wearing different uniform colors.

I actually wish we had a jacket that was similar to what the Alaska/Horizon guys are wearing these days or at least have the option to wear... I don't think it is a NorthFace but it is a similar jacket that is functional both in and out of the flight deck. I don't need stripes on my sleeves to do my job effectively but I do need to be comfortable at my work station.

Same stuff you "heard" from the APC forums. It's amazing to me all these NDA everyone signed and there's a few guys who apparently just blather everything in the crew room.

Yes it seems quite odd that these guys seem to spew out so much stuff, if they really are... Did you happen to read what happened to the guys at eagle last week who got caught with leaking NDA information? Doesnt sound too good.
