What does your screen name mean?

While in school I loved all things about airplanes way too much, I joined the flight team and became an expert on the E6B. Got pretty nerdy about it.....still am sometimes. Also created a checklist and emergency procedures for my truck at the time.....annoyed the heck out of my non aviation friends by talking airplane. Yeah, I was and still am a nerd at heart

I'm still 8
You don't have to remind me.

I go to Wheaton College(Wheaton, IL) and at the time, was the only pilot enrolled in the school. Since then I've added a couple to the aviation ranks. I played football for Wheaton Thunder and my jersey number was 68. :o

Being fluent in German is a skill that rarely gets used here in the pacific northwest. And I really miss walking down the street to my neighborhood Bäkerei and grabbing some tasty Brötchen to go with some fresh Käse. Your screen name always makes me think of tasty German food.

Oh man how I miss going to BackWerk and eating at Nordsee. Did you ever eat the sandwiches that had salami or camembert (or both) with butter on a pretzel roll? I used to get them all the time at the train station or cafeteria. What about Käsespätzle? Where were you living, anyway?

You have earned yourself a high five should we ever meet.

Love Germany. Looking forward to the new gig taking me there for crew swaps instead of Shannon.

inventor this might be your answer.....

At the time I signed up, I was tooling around in 172's, and I'm from Kansas. So, it fits better than some dumb airship name that would be more fitting now.
