I know it's been a few months since this thread was active but I'm still curious.
Anybody know what experience they look for? Do you think I need to get experience at a 121 first? I've had my license for quite a few years but have only been working dispatch/flight following in part 135 (domestic, mostly scheduled).
I think they hired people with 135 experience. They are a 121 company, but supplemental ops so everything has an alternate and there's no set schedule for flights (except when they cover for places like FedEx and do the same turns through MEM) and you'll learn long haul things like rereleases.
