Tuck your undershirt into your underwear and use a military tuck for your uniform shirt. Shirts that are sized right- tailored if you can swing it- make a big difference too.

Military tuck only goes so far though. Mine still billows out after 5 minutes because I was fat when I bought all my uniforms.

Feels weird for a few days, but eventually you get used to it and you don’t need to adjust your shirt nearly as often.

Fair warning.... they hurt like a bitch if they break so spend the money when they start to look worn.

Now it feels weird when I Tuck a shirt in without having those on. And yes, once took a snapped strap straight to the left teste and it put me down for a good 10 min
