or - and this comes from personal experience - where does it show how proud a guy is to fly bull semen one way and urine samples the other way 5 nights a week?

Legitimate question...do regional airlines even have a marketing team? I can't imagine why they would have a dedicated team for that. That video though.....yikes

In this day and age it would be colossally short sighted not to have a marketing team (even just one person) working directly with recruiting.

I agree and could see it being split duties with recruiting/HR especially for the regional industry. I swear my current employer has the least number of people doing marketing for the size of company we are (which is incredibly frustrating)...
