This job would be easier without all the airplanes
Seeing the I presume dad running with the toddler for some reason freaks me out worse.
I imagine that the Weight on WHeel sensors were not activated, therefore the reverser levers interlock would not open.Probably possible loss of directional control, not being on the landing gear and all, if the reversers don't activate exactly the same or at the same rate. The landing gear at least somewhat stabilizes that lateral movement, if any, to where the crew wouldn't notice normally. But with no gear and on the belly, the chance of loss of ground control I would imagine to be a greater possibility.
That and they had already secured the engines at or just prior to touchdown.

They secured the engines over the runway. Additionally- if you get any amount of asymmetrical reverse thrust, there would be no way to control the direction of the aircraft. What's the logic behind not using reverse thrust? I'm sure it's something entirely sensible - just curious.
Those people evacuated with the quickness!!!
N800CC was repaired and is still flying.
It looks like someone rebuilt it, then changed the registration to 453DP454DP in the original video, I believe it's spine got broken during recovery from the runway with a crane.
