Well, when TSA or DHS or whatever other self-aggrandizing, bloviated agency spends our money to place posters like this, what do you expect of the great unwashed masses? I mean, really, what, precisely, is suspicious about anything in that poster photo other than the conspicuous lack of focus??
As an aside note, this is an economist... He, of all people, should know quite well that "complete cluelessness" is the principal motive force behind modern economic systems, and the subsystems (agencies) they create.
